What kind of sport can help for weight loss?
I want to start practice some kind of sport that can help me loose weight. What can you suggest for this purpose? I’m asking to those that are experienced in this and know what kind of sport can help for a great weight loss.

You need to change your behavior about eating for the purpose of loosing weight. Only if you eat healthy you can loose weight and I guess a diet of vegetables and fruits can be the best choice.
